What is Rhodiola Rosea?

Rhodiola Rosea is a plant that grows in very cold climates, such as Siberia. It is also known as also Golden Root, Rose Root, Roseroot, Aaron’s Rod, Arctic root, King’s Crown, Lignum Rhodium, and Orpin Rose.

Wikipedia says:

Rhodiola Rosea may be effective for improved mood and helping reduce depression. They indicate clinical studies have demonstrated that Rhodiola Rosea supplementation improves mental performance and could reduce fatigue. In Russia and Scandinavia, rhodiola has been used for centuries. It also has a history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
