There are a number of substances beneficial to hair contained in coconut oil such as lauric acid and capric acid.
Coconut oil is safe, cost-effective and works extremely well and using it is simple.
Here’s how to use coconut oil as a hair conditioner:
Just get a jar of virgin coconut oil (use the organic if available) and put about a tablespoon or more (depending on how much hair you have) in the palm of your hand. Then gently massage it into your scalp and leave it on your hair for about a half an hour, or more. Then shampoo it out and you will be absolutely amazed at how significantly better this hair treatment is than anything else you have tried before.
